Oklahoma Hall of Fame to Attend MetroFamily Kids Fest on March 28

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

OKLAHOMA CITY - MARCH 24, 2026: The Oklahoma Hall of Fame will participate in this year's MetroFamily's Kids Fest, a day full of fun and resources for kids and parents. The event will take place on Saturday, March 28 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Jeanie Webb Rose State College Student Union and outdoor lawn area located at 1910 Hudiburg Drive in Midwest City.

In the spirit of March Madness, the Oklahoma Hall of Fame will host a free throw station. Guests are invited to shoot some hoops just like Oklahoma Hall of Fame Members Russell Westbrook, Wayman Lawrence Tisdale, and Kevin Durant and win fun prizes and free passes to the Oklahoma Hall of Fame | Gaylord-Pickens Museum.

"The Oklahoma Hall of Fame provides regular family programs, and we are excited to be part of an event that helps connect families with these opportunities and resources," said Jorge Chavez, Manager of Program Outreach at the Oklahoma Hall of Fame | Gaylord-Pickens Museum.

Kids Fest is a one-stop shop for fun and family resources. Parents can connect with businesses and organizations that help make family life easier and more fun while kids enjoy dozens of activities ranging from bounces houses to petting zoos. Other activities include crafts, games, and multicultural stage performances. Emmy-award winning artist Jabee Williams will serve as emcee.

Adult admission is free. Admission for ages 2 to 17 is $5 each in advance and includes a coupon for a FREE child's pass to the Blue Zoo. Admission at the door is $8 per child. Most activities are free for attendees, with a few such as face painting incurring a cost. Families can find a full list of programs and preregister to save at metrofamilymagazine.com/kidsfest.
